Jammu, July 2: A meeting of Female Multipurpose Health Workers was held today in the office chamber of Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan President JKMEF, Neelam Kumari President JKFMPHWs was also present in the meeting. In the meeting the leaders of JKFMPHW Association has discussed in threadbare the genuine demands of the FMPHWs in the presence of the senior leaders of the JKMEF and assured Female Multipurpose workers for resolving their all the pending issues such as delinking the CSS salary from the funding sources (Corpus-delinking) and release the pending salary since March, 2018, Job functions of FMPHWS must be fixed at Par other working categories of Health sector, Up gradation for the post of FMPHW on the analogy of Pharmacist, Lab Tech.s, X-Ray Tech., Dental Tech. and Ophthalmic Tech, Creation of the post of LHVs in New PHCs, Seniority List of FMPHWs be published in the Official Website of the Health Department for bringing transparency in promotions, 50% quota to be allotted in favour of trained LHVs at par with MMPHSs promoted as Health Educators, Amendment of SRO 20 dated: 20-04-1992 which is pending in the Administrative Department for the last 27 years.
The leaders of the association finally requested the Honble Governor of J K State to kindly solve the above mentioned demands of the employees in time bound manners to avoid the unwanted agitation for which the employees were being forced by the previous elected Govt. |
