Jammu, July 6: Inner Wheel Club, Jammu has organiged installation ceremony at hotel Asia, wherein around 80 participants assembled especially females who witnessed the change over moment of club. On this occasion, Chanchal Padha, Ex AWWA secretary and marriage councilor to Jammu province was the chief guest.
The function started with calling dignitaries on dias followed by collaring the club president. A prayer was sung after lightening of lamp. Thereafter floral welcome session took place amid sound of clapping.
Pooja Malhotra outgoing president IWC , welcomed all the members and other volunteers for participation of programme. Annual report was read by Reva Sharma. Meanwhile some members sung gazal , songs for entertainment. The process of electing new team along with President Lalita Gupta was done by P.D.C Santosh Gupta and Chief Guest.
On being taking new assignment , Lalita Gupta thanked all the members reposing faith to herself. She vowed to take this organization ahead with cooperation of all as women is confronting with big threat in the society. |
