Reshuffle in finance deptt: 18 directors, CAOs transferred, posted

JAMMU, July 26: The government today ordered the transfers and postings of 18 officers of the rank of directors finance and chief accounts officers (CAOs). Parvez Sajjad Sofi, director finance, Kashmir University, is posted as director finance, J&K funds organisation, in place of Manzoor Ahmad Wani who is posted as director finance, Kashmir University. Azad Ahmad Wani, director finance, SKIMS, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as director finance, PHE, irrigation and flood control department, relieving Ashok Kumar of the additional charge. Barkat Hussain, director finance, planning, monitoring and development department, is posted as director finance, labour and employment department, relieving Ziaur Rehman of the additional charge. Satnam Singh, director finance, J&K Minerals Ltd, and Ziaur Rehman, director finance, food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department, swap positions. Mohammad Ayub Nasir, director finance, JKI, is posted as director finance, planning, monitoring and development department vice Barkat Hussain. Intikhab Ahmad Sheikh, FA&CAO, under orders of Reshuffle in finance deptt: 18 directors, CAOs transferred, posted transfer to transport department, is posted as FA&CAO, SKIMS, vice Azad Ahmad Wani. Umar Khan, FA&CAO, J&K police headquarters, is posted as FA&CAO, J&K medical supplies corporation, relieving Mohammad Rafiq of the additional charge. Naila Zahoor, sadar treasury officer, Jammu, is posted as FA&CAO, PHE department, Srinagar, in place of Nisar Ahmad Bhat who is posted as CAO, district rural development agency, Srinagar, against an available vacancy. Amit Mahajan, treasury officer, civil secretariat treasury, is posted as FA&CAO, J&K police headquarters, vice Umar Khan. Nimisha, CAO, district fund office, Reasi, is posted as CAO, chief engineer, irrigation and flood control department, Jammu, vice Ram Singh Andotra who is posted as CAO, district rural development agency, Kathua, against an available vacancy. Jivtesh Singh, district treasury officer, Reasi, will hold the charge of CAO, district fund office, Reasi, in addition to his own duties till further orders. Yogeshwar Sharma, under orders of transfer incharge CAO, ARI and Trainings Department, is posted as incharge CAO, northern zonal accountancy training institute, Jammu, against leave reserve post. Rafiq Ahmad Shah, incharge CAO, directorate of technical education, J&K, is posted as incharge CAO, handicrafts (S&E) corporation, Srinagar, against an available vacancy. Mohammad Iqbal, incharge chief controller of finance, LAHDC, Leh, is posted as incharge CAO, chief vigilance commission, J&K, vice Ajay Kumar Gupta who is superannuating on July 31. Jigmet Namgyal, incharge internal audit officer, LAHDC, Leh, will hold the additional charge of chief controller of finance, LAHDC, Leh, till further orders. Abhishek Talwaria, incharge CAO, integrated watershed management programme, J&K, is posted as incharge CAO, northern zonal accountancy training institute, Jammu, against leave reserve post.
