Early Times Report

Jammu, Aug 27: The decision of shifting the post of Head Assistant from Deputy Chief Education Office Billawar to CEO office Kathua by the then CEO in year 2016 for the drawl of salary of a particular employee, has not been rectified by Director School Education Jammu so far.
Moreover the official communications forwarded by Additional Deputy Commissioner Billawar as well as Chief Education Office (CEO) Kathua to repatriate the post back to Billawar, have so far got no response from DSEJ.
Pertinently, Devinder Singh has been working in the office of CEO Kathua, as Senior Assistant/Head Assistant since last six and half years without any sanctioned post of Senior Assistant and Head Assistant.
Early Times had earlier reported about the total disregard to the orders of Governor's office, to detach all the attached employees but some were still enjoying attachments.
One such employee was Head Assistant/Senior Assistant Devinder Singh, for whom a post of Head Assistant was shifted from Dy CEO office Billawar to Kathua CEO office in the year 2016, by the then CEO, who was not competent to take such decision without the concurrence of DSEJ.
On March 8, 2018, the AdDC Billawar wrote a letter to CEO Kathua vide letter number ADC/B/2017-18/1666-68, regarding shifting of Head Assistant Post, which was shifted from DyCEO Office Billawar to CEO office Kathua vide letter number CEO/K/13193 dated 4/6/2016.
Responding to the AdDC's letter, the then CEO Kathua wrote a letter to DSEJ vide letter number 55676 dated 26/3/2018, requesting DSEJ to issue necessary directions as the ADDC had directed him to recoup the post of Head Assistant back to Dy CEO office due to shortage of staff, but there has been no response from the DSEJ.
