Jammu, Sept 10: On behalf of S&S Health and Management Society, Director School Education Jammu Rakesh Kumar Srangal presented 'Satyawati Awards for Best Teachers' in a function.
The award were presented to Karnail Singh, Teacher Govt. Upper Primary School, Gami. Ramban and Kuldeep Gupta, Teacher Govt. High School, Simbal Camp Zone Miran Sahib Jammu for their outstanding contribution in the field of education.
S&S Health and Management Society is a registered social organization which has started the award since 2016 in which two teachers are selected every year and are awarded with a Certificate, Memento and a cash prize of Rs 10,000 for rendering services to the society.
The society has organized several health and educational awareness camps in the rural and remote areas besides the distribution of uniform and reading/ writing material in schools.
The prominent among those who were present on the occasion include Rajeev Khajuria, Personnel Officer, Ashok Thukaan, CAO, Dr. Subhash Gupta, President, Dr. Santosh Gupta, Vice President, Sachin Gupta, Secretary and various members of the society. |
