9/11/2018 10:48:17 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Sept 11: Former Minister & President District Congress Committee, Kathua Dr Manohar Lal Sharma has alleged that BJP-PDP dispensation in the state totally failed in governance and deliverance during their government.
Dr Manohar Lal Sharma while addressing a public meeting lambasted the wrong and anti -people policies of BJP- PDP Government which are still hurting the people even after the fall of their anti-people government. Dr Sharma said that no progress was achieved under the BJP regime. During the Modi Government rule in centre whole of the country is suffering from high prices of food items , even basic necessities like Milk, dal etc. have gone beyond the reach of common man. Fuel prices are increasing each day and the government is leving heavy taxes and the benefit of low price of oil in international market is not being passed on to the people of the country. The Modi regime is full of corruption where many scams like Rafale scam are happening which are even threatening to the safety & security of the nation.
Lakhs of Ex-Armymen are still suffering due to Modi Governments apathy towards One Rank One Pension and no efforts by the government were taken to give any relief to them. The youth of the country which had been promised 2 crore jobs each year are suffering badly from unemployment & even those who had jobs have become jobless due to failed economic policies of the Modi Government.
He also alleged that step motherly treatment was shown by BJP towards the people of Billawar constituency and the government had failed completely to address the problems of the people of Billawar.
While taking serious note of the problems faced by the people of billawar Dr Sharma said that elected representatives from the area have failed to address the genuine problems of the people. He further alleged that BJP has completely failed to fulfill any promise made with the people during Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. He further said that all promises made to the people of the "Acche Din" proved fake . He appealed the present administrative authorities to settle problems of people otherwise masses will come on roads to lodge their protest as the people are suffering badly as their genuine aspirations are being ignored. He appealed the people to come out and vote for the congress party in the forthcoming Municipal & Panchayat Polls to defeat BJP and teach them a strong lesson. He said only congress government works for the complete development & progress of all the people & all regions of J&K.
