| Block level cricket trials, wrestling competition held | | |  Early Times Report
NAGROTA, Oct 6: The Block level cricket trials and wrestling competitions of zone Dansal for boys under all age groups ,conducted at Sainik school Nagrota and Vijay Sharma Principal HSS Dansal was the chief guest.
These competitions of " sports for peace and development" under centrally sponsored scheme "Khelo India" were organised by the department of youth services and sports, zone Dansal under the supervision of sh. Tarsem Singh ZPEO Dansal.
About 150 participants participated in these competitions. In wrestling u/19 yrs boys:-Nitish Mangotra of HSS Nagrota beat Saleem Mohd of HSS Dansal in 50kg wt. Category; Sunil padha HSS jandrah trounced Rahul HSS Kahpota in 54kg ; Mohd Iqbal HSS Dansal beat Sachin of HSS Kahpota. Rohit Kumar HSS Nagrota beat Arjun Singh HSS Kathar. |
