Akhnoor, Oct 31: In compliance to the CBSE circular, Maharaja Harisingh DAV Centenary Public School Akhnoor observed Corruption Vigilance Week. The school organized various competitions like Essay writing , slogan writing, Poster making and others. The students actively participated in the competitions. Earlier in the programme a special assembly was organized in which a pledge was taken by all the students and staff to make India a Corruption free country. Principal Alok Betab addressed the gathering and encouraged the students to contribute in the prevention of fight against Corruption and to raise participate in such public awareness, competition regarding the gravity of this social evil, which is hampering the socio-economic progress of the country. |
