| 35 year old died after falling from hillock | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Nov 1: In a tragic incident at remote Srawaan area of Kishtwar District, a 35 year old person died after he fell from a hillock.
As per the details available with Early Times, an information was today received at police station Kishtwar that one person namely Rajinder Kumar son of Roshan Lal resident of Biknapakallan was found dead in Rao Garh Nallah at Srawaan Keshwan some 45 kms from Kishtwar and accordingly the police party from Police Post Thakrie immediately rushed to the spot and take the custody of the dead body.
Speaking to Early Times, the police official said that apparently the person slipped down about sixty feet from pathway and struck with rock resulting in his on the spot death.
He said that the death has occurred in suspicious circumstances and accordingly inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC have been initiated. After completion of all the legal formalities, the dead body was handed over to the family members for last rites. |
