| CP workers stage protest | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Nov 1: CP workers of the Public Health Engineering department stage strong protest demonstration against the officer of the concerned department in the premises of the PHE office Samba here today. The protest was held under the leadership of Kuldeep Sharma Block President Samba. A large number of CP workers assembled in the premises of PHE Sub Division Samba where they raised slogans against the officer of the concerned department. They alleged that the CP workers who continuously performing their duties without salary for the last few months but the officer of the department is in deep slumber.
The CP workers said that they made request to the officer of the concerned department several times but only false assurances and promises were made with them. They warned if the department did not release their pending wages then they will continue their protest. |
