Congress win 15 seats, NC 3, BJP 2, PDP 1

Kishtwar, Nov 25: After winning 11 seats out of 14 Sarpanch seats in Bhunzwah and Jakyas block of Inderwal constituency, the Congress party today win 15 seats in Mughal Maidan and Inderwal blocks of Kishtwar District falling under Inderwal constituency while National Conference manage to win three seats, BJP one and Independent Candidate win one seats beside these 22 seats, the counting on Drubeel Panchayat has been postponed till 27th following ballot paper printing issue in one of the ward of the panchayat and Inderwal C Panchayat has been stayed by the High Court over some dispute.
Similarly the result of Rathal Panchayat from where Tariq Hussain Wani was in winning position has been put on hold after booth capturing and ransacking of counting station by the unruly mob supporting the lossing candidate.
As per the details available with Early Times, Congress wins Inderwal B- Atta Mohammad Lone, Batwari - Chowdhary Noor Din, Gorinal Haji Ghulam Qadir Sheikh, Chingam A - Akhtar Hussian Butt, Chingam B - Meena Kumari (Pintu), Kuchhal A - Mohammad Rafi Sheikh, KuchKuc B - Ghulam Nabi Mir, KuchKuc C - Raj Kumar, Bhata - Shareefa Begum (Haleem Dealer), Sigdi Pahalgam - Santosha Devi wife of ex Sarpanch Bidya Lal Sharma, Sigdi Balana - Chowdhary Ghulam Mohammad, Mulchitter - Amarchand, Kuriya - Mohd Rafiq Shah, Loidhar - Bashir Ahmed & Horna - Esha Sharma (Sunil, Anoop).
An Independent Candidate win from Maliknar Panchayat, Shabir Ahmed Lone of PDP won Sarpanch election from sigdi B 2, Congress candidate Mehraj Din Khan from Dadpeth Panchayat lost election to his Rival NC candidate Altaf Hussain Lone, from Panchayat Chatroo Lower A Hamida Begum Wani of NC won by 38 votes and Jaffer Ahmed from Deller is the other candidate who win on National Conference backing. While BJP win two seats viz Om Prakash from Chingam B and Lashman Das from Tagood.
Meanwhile NC tally increased to 8 in Nagsini block after Gulshan Ahmed showed his allegence with National Conference. Earlier PDP stake claim Gulshan Ahmed who win the election from Dool A Panchayat.
