| PHE workers stage protest demonstration | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 10: All J&K PHE ITI Trained, CP Workers and Land Donas Association today staged protest demonstration for regularization and in favour of their pending wages.
The protest was led by Tanveer Hussain president of Association in which thousands of daily wagers including Deepak Gupta (V. President), Subhash Rakwal (Gen Secy) etc participated in the rally.
Tanveer Hussain said that it was very shameful that daily wagers are on roads for wages of workers since last one week but none of the administrator from the department has shown his concern for our genuine issues.
He said that they have given so many ultimatums to government but nothing has been done for them. He said that everyone need wages to do work, we and our families are starving but department has no seriousness towards our issues.
He demanded government should keep their promise and should release all salaries and we announce clearly that there will be no compromise by association on pending salaries and our strike will continue until all pending wages are released. He further strongly criticized government for delaying their regularization process. He condemned government attitude for delaying their process on the names of vouchers and continuity. |
