Jammu, Dec 14: Former Speaker and senior National Conference leaders Mubarak Ahmad Gul inaugurated a Trikuta Fitness Gym at a 'Dogra Hall' here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Gul said the fitness centres help in channelize the energy of the youth in a positive direction and help in physical fitness. He said that more such health and fitness centres should come up in J&K so that more youth can take an active part in fitness which ultimately leads to the overall development of a person.
He also congratulates owner Sahil Bhadwal, who is certified trainer, said
Speaking on the occasion, Sahil said "all modern facilities are provided to the customers."
"We have got types of equipment from reputed brands in the world, apart from that we have separate cross fit section to practice activities as well, there are satisfactory number of trainers right now and all are certified trainers," Sahil said. The gym is also providing inaugural discounts.
Former minister Ram Pal, president Bahu Fort Saryara Sabha Bahadhur Lal, Councilor ward number 48 Sham Lal among other were presented on the occasion. |
