Jammu, Jan 1: In a Public Interest Litigation filed Advocate Deewakar Sharma seeking direction to JKCA immediately start the construction of International Stadium at Bajalta Jammu soon after the release of already sanctioned amount of Rs.100.00 Crores in which BCCI sought time for land inspection by the experts for submitting a report, a Division Bench of State High Court Comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Sr. Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Parimoksh Seth for the BCCI, directed Deputy Commiss-ioner, Jammu to ensure that the BCCI team is accompanied by the revenue officials as well as officials from the Building Department to facilitate the inspection by the BCCI. Adv. Sunil Sethi shall ensure that notice in writing of the date and time of the proposed visit is communicated to Deputy Commissioner, Jammu. |
