Raina, Narain Singh accorded grand welcome

JAMMU, Jan 1: BJP State President Ravinder Raina and Narain Singh, President Rajput Sabha were accorded a grand welcome at Jammu Airport upon their arrival to Jammu from Delhi. Earlier on Monday, Narain Singh joined the ranks of Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir in BJP National Headquarter, New Delhi in the presence of BJP National President Amit Shah and other top national leaders.
Ravinder Raina and Narain Singh were taken in the form of Car, Motor Bike rally from Jammu Airport to party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, where they were again accorded warm welcome by enthusiastic party workers amidst slogans.
Later a programme was organized at party headquarter to formally welcome Narain Singh to the BJP family by senior leaders of party.
Ravinder Raina, while addressing the jubilant gathering, praised Narain Singh for his past endeavours for nation and society. He particularly recalled his role in all agitations and social issues for more than a decade. He said that the contributions of Narain Singh in Shree Amarnath ji land agitation, AIIMS and other similar issues have been extraordinary. He expressed confidence that Singh's organizational skills and the zeal to work for society and nation will help BJP. Narain Singh, in his address in Dogri, credited BJP State President Ravinder Raina for his joining. He said that mesmerized by the hard work and sincere efforts being put in by PM Modi and BJP National President Amit Shah, he could not desist from entering into the nationalist party. Accusing Kashmir based political parties for always betraying Jammu, he said that history has proven that we have accomplished everything whenever Jammuites have unified and this time there is dire need to show the same unity. He claimed that he along with his supporters will strive to strengthen BJP to secure PM seat in Delhi and CM seat in J&K.
