Laugh Udyog Bharti hails FM for Interim Budget

Jammu, Feb 2: Laugh Udyog Bharti thanked Finance Minister Piyush Goyal, Finance Minister for presenting Interim Budget for the year 2019-20 in the Parliament and recognizing and acknowledging the role of Micro and Small Industries as major contributor to the GDP of the Nation and highest generator of Employment emphasizing that today's youth want to become job provider rather than a job seeker. The Finance Minister has taken care of all the section of the society like introducing "Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan" which will provide monthly pension of Rs.3,000 to workers in unorganized sector and Rs. 6,000 per annum to formers having upto 2 hectare land true to the spirit of "Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas" giving great boost to the overall economy. This will help in creating harmonious relation between the Employers and the workers also. Government with the intent to provide great relief to salaried class as well as Micro and Small Entrepreneurs and other classes has given full tax rebate from earlier level of Rs. 2.50 lakh to Rs. 5lakh and TDS limit on interest income has been increased from the Rs.10,000 to Rs.40,000. Similarly, TDS limit on rental income has been increased from Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs.2,40,000. 2% rebate in interest on loan unto Rs. 1 crore has been provided. This will leave more money in the hands of public thereby increasing their purchasing power which will ensure all around growth of Micro and Small Industries.
