GAD directs Secretary RDD to reprimand teacher cum VLW back to Education Department

Jammu, Feb 5: A day after "Early Times" carried the news of a Government teacher enjoying deputation in Rural Development Department Kishtwar for last 17 years, the Commissioner Secretary General Adminis-trative Department asked the Commissioner Secretary to RDD to look into the matter and reprimand the said teacher to original department.
Speaking to Early Times, Commissioner Secretary GAD Hilal Ahmed said that as and when the matter comes into his notice with regard to violation of Government order in this instant case, he took up the matter with Sheetal Nanda, Secretary GAD to look into the matter added that Nanda had assured him that she will look into the matter and will ensure his reprimand back to Education Department.
It is pertinent to mention that in another open violation of rules and regulations and the repeated directions issued by the government from time to time including through Circular No. 22-GAD of 2018 dated 6-7-2018 from GAD and Government Order No. 1255-GAD of 2018 dated 9-8-2018 also from GAD wherein the govern

ent has ordered immediate cancelation of deputation of all the employees wherein the government had ask the employees to report back to the feeding department with immediate effect, but surprisingly a school teacher from Dachhan identified as Radha Krishan is calling shots in the department by holding the post of VLW which is marked with the massive expose of mass scale corruption that rocks the Rural Development Kishtwar since last 17 years.
This influential teacher was deputed in the RDD department in the year 2002-2003 during PDP-Congress government and since then continuously enjoying the political patronage from various quarters as this influential teacher knows the art of molding himself with different political regime that emerges in the state of Jammu and Kashmir in last 18 years and the latest case of his being shield by the officials at the helm of the affairs could be judged from the fact that majority of the employees who were deputed to various departments has been recalled by the departments in response to the directions issued by the government last year.
