Provide Info about utilization of CDFMP-LAD funds

Poonch, Feb 20: The State Information Commi-ssion (SIC) has directed Chief Planning Officer (CPO) of Poonch to collect details of MP LAD funds and CDFs of local Member of Parliament (MP) , ex MLAs and MLCs to an information seeker under RTI Act.
Details available with Early Times reveal that an RTI application dated: 04.06.2018 was filed by one Ziarat Hussain Shah R/O Gursai Poonch seeking information from Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), [ACR], Poonch about utilization of MP LAD , CDF MLA / MLC funds. The information was not provided by the PIO and an appeal was filed before the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Poonch. Subsequently, Zirat Hussain Shah filed Second Appeal on 11.10.2018 (admitted on 16.10.2018) before State Information Commission Jammu .
When the appeal came up for hearing, the commission was informed that the entire information had been furnished to the appellant , but since the work orders have been issued by executing agencies i.e. BDO, Mendhar, Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B) Poonch & Executive Engineer of PHE, I&FC and PDD of Poonch district, therefore, the appellant should contact them for obtaining the information relating to the details of persons who have executed the works under the CDF/MPLAD scheme.
SIC in its order ruled, "Since the substantial part of information has been sent to the appellant through post by the CPO, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the CPO, Poonch to collect the information relating to the details of the persons who have executed different works under MPLAD/CDF scheme and after consolidating the same, furnish the said information to the appellant within a period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of this order"
