Poonch, Mar 2: Mandi police today claimed to have arrested absconder who was evading his arrest in rape case for last four years. Mandi Police has arrested an absconder namely Mohd Mashooq of Chikhri Bann Teh Mandí Distt Poonch, who was wanted in a case under FIR No. 16/2015 under sections 366, 376/109 of /RPC registered at Mandi police station. "He was evading arrest from last more four Years. The arrest was made by a Police team lead by Inspector Ravinder Singh Rakwal-SHO Police Station Mandi, under supervision of DySP Hqrs Poonch Mohd Aijaz Bhat.The absconder was produced in the Court at Poonch where from he was sent to Judicial Custody to be lodged at District Jail Dhangri, Rajouri. |
