Early Times Report
jammu, Mar 25: On one hand few years back, great social activist Anna Hazare had strongly pleaded for 'Whistle Blower protection' in 'Jan-Lok Pal' draft whereas on the other hand J&K Governor Malik's administration withdraws the security cover of 'Early Times' news paper editor the only credible voice of Jammu region is quite unjustified & condemn-able, expressed by S. Deep Singh the founder member & national council member-AAP in a press note issued today for the media.
Unfortunately, like other parts of country, as a result of since long corrupt successive governments within state, J&K is ranked as no. corrupt state where as on date, Patwari to Deputy commissioner like postings are being managed by the corrupt nexuses of ministers, MLAs & brokers, alleged by Mr. Deep Singh. Anti corruption bodies including 'State Accountability Commission' (SAC) have been made Toothless in a planed way through legislation with the result Governor Malik has to shape ACB for his so-called dealing with corrupt, he added. Governor Malik also seems true follower of PM Modi whose govt at center is badly exposed for biased actions against prominent journalists like Prasun Bajpai & Abhisaar Sharma who were expelled by the puppet news channels just for fair reporting, Deep Singh stated. World's prominent cartoonists are now reflecting the dirty nexus of two pillars of our Indian democracy by showing appeasement attitude of Modi govt. towards the puppet media houses busy in promotion of PM Modi's 'Jumlaybaazi' he further added. Despite corruption, Jammu-Kashmir is facing external threats and in that case, transparency at domestic front is a prior need so, protection of whistle blowers should not be compromised at all, Deep Singh stated. We appeal Governor Malik for an immediate restoration of security cover to the early times editor in the larger interest of society & the state as well, he urged.
