Influential AD Planning manages to modify his transfer order

Kishtwar, Mar 27: The deep rooted transfer nexus in the planning department in the state of Jammu and Kashmir could be gauged from the fact that an influential Assistant Director Planning posted in the office of Assistant Commissioner Development successfully managed to modify his transfer after 25 days of issuance of the government order following the directions from the Election Commission of India to Government of Jammu and Kashmir in view of Parliamentary elections in the country.
As per the details available with "Early Times", the Office of the Director General, Economics and Statics, Government of Jammu and Kashmir vide order No. 116-DES of 2019 Dated 11-2-2019 issued the order of 21 Assistant Directors posted in various departments across the state of Jammu and Kashmir including that of Manesh Kumar from the Office of ACD Kishtwar to Directorate of Information J&K, but surprisingly this employee of the planning department after 25 days manage to modify his transfer order vide Order No. 161-DSE of 2019 Dated 27-02-2019.
As per the order, Manesh Kumar presently under the orders of transfer to Directorate Information, J&K has been transferred and posted in the Office of Chief Education Officer, Kishtwar against the available post of Assistant Director (Sts).
To utter surprise the planning department in order to keep the things secret did not upload the modification order on its website while at the same time the influential AD Planning manage to keep the order under carpet so that it could remain hidden from the masses.
Following the modification in his transfer order, DC Kishtwar according to the sources has assigned him the additional charge of the same post from where he was transferred AD Planning in ACD Office Kishtwar in addition to his own duty which is another gross violation of the government order as DC Kishtwar has no power to assign the additional charge.
The influential AD Planning who was at the center of the controversy over his role in promoting corruption in the office of the ACD Kishtwar wherein this middleman helped the politicians to withdraw contra credit CDF through ADC Kishtwar without execution of the works on ground.
The sources told the "Early Times" that the influential AD Planning was reluctant to leave the office of ACD Kishtwar keeping in view the inflow of huge funds in the department.
The sources said that the influential officer coordinate the whole system and remain in touch with ground level employees of the department and collected the corruption money right from the ground level so that same could be distributed at various level.
