Jammu, Apr 13: Kuldeep Kumar Rao, President Thathri Development Front appealed to the voters of J&K State on the eve of the Lok Sabha elections saying that voters must rise above the consideration of party politics, region or religion, caste etc and exercise the voting power to elect only honest and efficient representatives and where there is no scope of such exercise, they should press the NOTA button of EVMs.. Rao said that Dr Karan Singh, Sr. Congress leader is appealing for vote to his Son Sh. Vikramaditya Singh-Congress Lok Sabha Candidate from Kathua-Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha seat & ( EX.MLC-PDP) & his son Ajatshatru Singh, Ex. MLC-NC & now MLC-BJP is appealing vote for BJP candidate, Dr. Jitendra Singh. "Ajatshatru Singh said that the Top Congress leaders of the state remained in Government for the past 60-70 years, but enjoyed their privileges only & cared nothing for the innocent public of Jammu region. Counting upon the achievements of Jitendra Singh, BJP MP from Udhampur Lok Sabha seat, Ajatshatru Singh said that only by his efforts, projects like Seed Processing Plant, Samba-Kathua Road up-gradation, Degree Colleges, Keediyan Gandyal Bridge, 2 Passport offices, 2 Medical Colleges, Shahpur Kandi Project, Community Halls, Mobile Towers along international Boarder, Devika River. Rejuvenation Project, 2 Power Projects namely Pakkal Dool of 1000 MW capacity & Keeru of 600 MW power generation capacity, Juthana Bridge Kathua, water park, 2 National Highway Villages, 3 prestigious tunnels including Chattergala, Khelani-Sudh Mahadev & Kaljugasar connoting Himachal, Up gradation of Radio stations, War Memorial, Post Office branch at Gandoh etc are a few of among the long list of the works done by the sitting MP, Dr. Jitendra Singh, where as the Congress leaders who remained MPs for decades, have nothing to claim.
