Poonch, Apr 19: As part of JJKSSC youth football league, today's first match was played in the boys category between Srinagar and Poonch.
The game was dominanted by Srinagar from the beginning and ended with a score line of 6-0 in favour of Srinagar. Parvaiz scored 4 goals while Mehran and Afreen scored 1 goal each for srinagar.
Second game of the day was played between district Pulwama and Kishtwar in boys category. Both teams attacked each other goalposts numerous times but it was Kishtwar, which proved to be efficient in front of the goal and scored thrice to take all the points from the game. Goal scorers for Kishtwar were Danish, Hamid and Anvesh.
The game ended at 0-3 in favour of Kishtwar. The third and final game of the day was played in girls' category between Budgam and Jammu. Jammu dominated the game from the beginning and controlled the game.
Budgam tried hard but couldn't score, while as Jammu scored four times through Dechan Angmo, Dolkar, Zarifa and Rigzin. In tomorrow's fixture 4 matches will be played. |
