Jammu, Apr 21: TRI-Series Tournament organized by GS Sports Club in memory of Shaheed Subedar Karnail Singh. The tournament was inaugurated by SP HQ KPS Farroq Qaiser was the chief guest, SDPO KPS Sourabh Prasher was Guest of Honour , Special guest SHO Rattan Singh Rana, Special Guest JCC Secretary Gaurav Gupta, Special guest Gagan Bhatia, Founder Cum Chairmen Nations Development Association NDA Kr Sushil Singh Charak and President GS Sports Club Sushant Gupta and Deepak Sharma welcomed the guests in the opening ceremony. The opening match was played between SEK and BCC, in which former emerged winner by 6 wickets and Deepak Sharma got man of the match. SEK won the toss and choose to bat first & set the target of 107 in 20 overs in which Aaqib 47 (53), Shallu 4(11), Jimmy 19(7), Gourav 3(6), Sharma 9(12), Parth 10 (23), Roshan1(4). Sahil & Harry took 3-3 wickets each. BCC Chase the target of 107 in 10 overs in which Rishav score 22 (22), harry 54(32), Govind 10(6), Choudhary 11(3) Vikas & Shallu took 1-1 wicket each. SP HQ while addressing the sports persons, youth, students and persons present on the occasion gave a strong message against the menace of drugs prevalent in the society. He motivated the audience to stand strongly against the use of drugs and concentrate on their education, sports activities and religious programmes organized in the area. |
