State Yongmudo Championship 2019 held

Jammu, May 17: Yongmudo Association J&K under the aegis of Indian Yongmudo Federation (Recognized by School Federation of India (SGFI) Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI & Indian Olympic Association ) has organized J&K State Yongmudo Championship 2019 at JK Public School Kunjwani. The two Days State Yongmudo championship was hosted by the JK Public School Kunjwani in which around 450 Young and promising Players through State have participated and has shown tremendous performance in the Tournament. S.K.Sharma Joint Income Tax Commissioner Jammu was Chief Guest in the Tournament, Ashwani Kumar Khajuria KAS Joint Director Geology and Mining, Naresh Sharma SDM Bhawan, Dr. Amit Vaid, Chairman Yongmudo Association J&K and Shashi Choudhary Director JK Public School was the Guest of Honour. In the event Rana Ajay Singh General Secretary Indian Yongmudo Federation was the special Guest.
Dr. Amit Vaid while speaking in the occasion has thanks Director General, Department of Youth Services and Sports J&K for including this popular sports discipline in Annual Sports calendar of J&K . He further said by including this sports event our young and dynamic sports person will take part in the coming national event. While speaking in the occasion. Rana Ajay Singh General Secretary, Indian Yongmudo Federation lauded the efforts of J&K Yongmudo Association in organizing this great event thereby providing a platform to the budding sportspersons to exhibit their sporting skill. In the Championship over all Championship Trophy was given to the Army Public school Ratnuchak. The trophy was received by Aruna Bhau and Students of the School. Ist Runner up Trophy was given to the JK Public School Kunjwani which was received by Gopal Dass and Players and 2nd Runner up Trophy was given to the Sabree Army Pre Primary School, Ratnuchak which was received by Shakti Kumar and players.
