| Girdawar suspended for misplacing file pertaining to land encroachment | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, June 1: Taking strong note of non serious approach of senior revenue official posted in the office of Tehsildar Kishtwar, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana order immediate suspension of Girdawar posted as Office Qanungo in the office of Tehsildar Kishtwar after the file pertaining to a case of land encroachment in Kishtwar Municipality misplaced under mysterious circumstance.
As per the details available with "Early Times", DC Kishtwar vide Order No. DCK/PS/19/2367-70 Dated 29-05-2019 placed Bal Krishan (Girdawar) under suspension and attached him in the office of ADC Kishtwar till pending inquiry.
The action was taken after DC Kishtwar inquired about the progress on the case pertaining to land encroachment in Ward No. 12 of Municipal Committee Kishtwar involving a retired Army Captain Karam Chand, Tehsildar Kishtwar and Naib Tehsildar Kishtwar inform Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar about the misplacement of the file pertaining to a case of land encroachment by the erring official.
During the course of preliminary investigation, it comes to fore that the erring official is habitual of misplacing of various files in past, but no action was initiated against him till date, DC Kishtwar take serious note of the act on part of the erring official and placed him under suspension with immediate effect and appointed ADDC Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik as inquiry officer into the matter.
After DC Kishtwar ordered suspension of the erring official, the said file was traced which shows the malafide and deliberate attempt on behalf of the suspended employee with regard to misplacement of the file to benefit the particular party. |
