DDC Doda appreciates innovative creativity of Raies Wani

doda, June 4: DC Doda had issued 100 points guidelines to improve the government schools of the District, in which all the govt schools across the district have started transformation of school infrastructure, these 100 points are as parameters to be checked by the teams of different Educational Zones of the District, accordingly the schools will be graded as A, B, C, and D.
This initiative was taken up by DC Doda in a meeting with CEO Doda, Principal DIET Doda, Principals of all the Hr Sec Schools of Distt, Zonal Education Officers of all the 10 Zones of Distt and Headmasters of all the High Schools of the Distt, a circular was issued by the Chief Education Officer and Principal DIET Doda in this regard comperising of 100 points of parameters of grading to improve the quality in government schools.
The main aim of this initiative "Zimedari" is to use the skills having low investment and maximum output in the teaching learning process, maximum teachers of the schools are trying thier level best to improve the infrastructure in schools but among all Teacher Raies Ahmed Wani R/o village Mangota who is presently posted at Govt Middle School Kanthi has performed outstanding job in the department by creating theme and moral based atomosphere of teaching learning in his school. On 3rd of June 2019, DC Doda called the teacher Raies Ahmed to his office chamber and appericiated his remarkable outstanding, admirable and inredible creativity in the school for the transformation of the school.
Dr Sagar discussed various innovations with the teacher which can be implemented on the ground for enhancing learning skills in the govt schools, Raies said that he has set a target in 2019, in his vision he has a mission to extract out all the children from the private schools of the village Mangota and to admit them in govt schools of the area, and with the mercy of God, 13 students have left private schools and has taken admission in Govt UPS Kanthi Mangota, Dr Sagar appreciated the efforts and further said that target is to achieve 100% throughout the district by the end of 2019.
He instructed the authorities of the Education Department to provide support to the teachers like Raies for better transformation of the school buildings and to assign him the duty as District Resource Person for sharing creative and innovative ideas. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Raies is working on the theme "Building as Learning Aid" (BaLA) in his school, where everything is moral based and Theme based in the different subjects, like, Mathematics, Gen. Sciences, Social Sciences Hindi, Urdu and English.
