As per Naresh Dabral - Executive Chef of Cygnett Park Asia Jammu"This time we are serving the famous "Horoscope food feast" well nurtured and accepted in India, as it's old believe that your Zodiac sign leads the your choice of food, eating habits, personality, taste and that all transferred all positive energy and most suitable for once body and soul. We are serving the all ingredients and sauce those carries the most positivity with great taste, we have chosen all the delicacies and ingredients which impact on you like hot spice sauce are relief for stress, various fruits and nuts are gives you luxury, richness and energy, while variety of meals gives you feel of exotic, seafood, mushroom and vegetables gives you cool and calmness, poultry, lemon and squash are gives you luxury and comfort etc. so we named it "Feast of Horoscope". We invited Chef Ho Ken of Chinese Origin especially for the festival to serve all our patron guest his signature dishes.
Celebrity Chef Ho Ken briefed about his few signature craft like Sushi, dim sums, tofu and black fungus dry red chilli, Peking duck, southern style lemon fish, Sanghai chicken in papar, Szechuan style pomfret, dragon chicken, sliced chicken chilli oyster, Buddha's delight, Burmese khow suey, som turn salad, pad cha cottage cheese, Malaysian flat noodles and many more with dessert like sticky rice with mango and fried ice creams.
