Srinagar, July 11: Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of three police officers in Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau department. According to a Government Order No 34-GAD(Vig) of 2019, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD Sandeep Gupta Additional SP, Anantnag; Dalip Kumar AIG (CIV), PHQ; and Mushtaq Ahmad Choudhary ASP Crime, Jammu have been transferred to the Anti Corruption Bureau. The government also repatriated Javeed lqbal Matoo SSP, Anti-Corruption Bureau to the Home Department for further posting. According to another Government Order No. 35-GAD(Vig) of 2019, in the interest of administration, Bashir Ahmad Wani, Joint Director, Prosecution, CID Hqrs is transferred and posted in Anti Corruption Bureau with immediate effect. The officer is assigned the charge of the post of Director, Prosecution, Anti Corruption Bureau till further orders, it reads. "Advance T.E, as admissible under rules, is also sanctioned in favour of the officer(s) in whose case change of station is involved," the order reads. |
