Jammu, July 13: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Saturday said that the politicians who are projecting themselves as the champions of Jammu cause have always acted as second fiddles of Kashmir based parties, which ruled the state.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in different areas, Munish said, "As the elections are coming closer the so-called champions of Jammu cause are projecting themselves as the only viable option. Someone needs to ask them if they were so concerned about Jammu's cause then why they acted as the second fiddles of Kashmir based parties during the past 70-years?"
He said, "It's unfortunate that some leaders believe that politics too is a business and after getting elect Will distribute my salary among needy'

JAMMU: Editor Early Times, Munish Gupta, has said that if he wins the forthcoming Assembly elections from Gandhi Nagar constituency he would distribute his monthly salary among the needy people in his constituency.
"It's my promise to you people that besides carrying out development work, I would distribute my salary among the needy people. I assure you that I would not take any money from anyone, nor would I remain inaccessible. Whenever you need me I will be available," Munish said.
"Unfortunately these representatives after getting elected turn their back towards the people who elect and leave them in lurch. If I win the forthcoming Assembly elections I assure you that I won't follow the footsteps of my predecessors and will try my best to serve my people," said Munish who would be contesting the forthcoming Assembly elections as an Independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency. |
