udhampur, July 13: A hapless family headed by Thoru Ram son of Sar Chand, alleged that his land measuring about one kanal under Khasra No.1650 which was allotted to it in 1958 by the Government, has forcibly been grabbed by one Sanjay Kumar son of Munshi Ram of the same village.
He also stated that the alleged person has unauthorizedly sold some portion of the said land to three persons namely Parma Nand, Tara Singh and Parshotam Kumar and many a times he has threatened to eliminate his family if they voiced against his atrocities on them. He appealed to the Governor Satya Pal Malik to intervene into the matter. |
