| Unidentified body recovered from rivulet in Chatroo | | | Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, July 29: Chatroo police today recovered the dead body of unidentified person about 28-30 years old from rivulet near famous tourist resort of Singpora in Chatroo Tehsil some 55 KM from Kishtwar.
As per the details available with Early Times, some local people notice the dead body floating in the rivulet water and raise the alarm. Soon large number of people living in and around the area rush to the spot beside brought the matter into the notice of Chatroo police that also rush to the spot. After hectic efforts, the people manage to recover the dead body and later shifted it to Chatroo Hospital for identification. The deceased was wearing Shalwar-Kameez and police seek the help of the people in identifying the dead body.
It is pertinent to mention that due to heavy rainfall in the area since last few days, all the rivulets and rivers flowing in the area are swallowen and it is presumed that the deceased might get slipped and fall into the rivulet.
Chatroo police after recovering the dead body has started inquest proceedings under section 174 Cr. Pc. |
