Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandleshwar Swami Vishwatamanand Saraswati ji Maharaj presided over this auspicious function, Former Minister and BJP Leader Sham Lal Sharma was chief guest. Prof. Vishwamurti President Awardee was guest of honour and Mahant Rameshwar , Shakti Pathak SSP were special guest on the occasion. At the outset of the programme, the scholars chanted Vedic mantras. While speaking on the occasion Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandleshwar Swami Vishwatamanand Saraswati ji Maharaj said that since the Sanskrit is mother of all the languages and in the present age we are not paying due attention towards it's promotion, as a result we are distancing from our old culture. He emphasised on the people to make maximum use of Sanskrit language both at home and outside. He further said that without the knowledge of Sanskrit language, everything is incomplete. He also expressed his concern that Sanskrit language is getting least priority in our day today life. Even though Sanskrit is known as the first Indian language which developed several other branches like Tamil, Hindi, etc., unfortunately the use of Sanskrit in our day to day life has become extremely limited.
