| Joint inspection squad conducts market checking in Batote town | | |
BATOTE AUGUST 10: A team headed by Executive Magistrate Ist Class Naib Tehsildar Batote, Tehsil Supply Officer Batote with staff, Executive Officer Municipal Committee Batote with staff and Sanitation wings M.C Batote, Station House Officer Police Station Batote along with Police team, conducted market checking of various establishments in Batote town in view of Eid-ul-Azha.
During the checking, a fine worth Rs. 4200 was imposed on 18 defaulters and approximately 65 kg rotten vegetables and fruits has been destroyed on the spot.
Further, the shopkeepers/vendors are directed to display fresh rate lists and not to use the polythene carry bags and domestic gas. If anyone would be found using and selling polythene carry bags or using the domestic gas for commercial propose the strict action shall be taken against the defaulters.
