Jammu, Sept 29: To give the perfect start to children, Navdeep and Amandeep Kour today started a playway school at Shantinagar, Kunjwani that will cater the need of the area. The school will provide a unique culture of modern techniques of teaching and other activities for the toddlers.
The school will run from 9 am to 4 pm with flexible schedule for the children. Day care facility is also available. Transport and meal facility will also be available for the children. Dancing, painting will also be the part of the curricular activities.
"We are anticipating that we will be a model for the Jammuites and that we will have folks coming to see the success of our program and our students," said Navdeep Kour.
Play is essential to the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being of children beginning in early childhood. It is a natural tool for children to develop resiliency as they learn to cooperate, overcome challenges, and negotiate with others. Play also allows children to be creative.
On the occasion, Pritam Singh, councilor, of the area extended his good wishes and appreciated the women for their endeavour. |
