Hiranagar, Sept 29: Yoga Shivir Organised at Community Hall Hiranagar concluded today in a simple but impressive function in which Ex MLC Subash Gupta,Chairman Municipal Committee Advocate Vijay Sharma graced the occasion as chief guests. They were also joined by Vice Chairman Rajendra Singh Jamwal and Dr. Vijay Kumar Bali,Block Medical Officer Hiranagar.Dr Guru Prasad Sharma, Ayurveda & Yoga Consultant and Director,Guru Swaasthye Yoga & Ayurveda demonstrated Asanas,Pranayama and also imparted the knowledge regarding the type of healthy and Yogic lifestyle to remain physically healthy and mentally strong and calm. Dr Guru said that Stress is the lone major cause of all lifestyle diseases and Yoga is the only Solution to it. Dr Guru told that Yoga is must for Students in particular for Adolescents to keep them mentally Strong to cope up the stress. Dr Guru also advised the youth to take Yoga as a career option as it is the need of the time.
Chief Guests Subash Gupta and Advocate Vijay Sharma applauded the efforts of Dr Guru for his efforts and contribution towards the society for making them aware regarding health and fitness time to time.
Block Medical Officer in his address praised Dr Guru and told that his knowledge of Yoga regarding the management of various diseases is commendable and as a Doctor imparting the knowledge of being healthy physically as well as mentally and spiritualy is really of great use to the common mass. Dr Guru thanked all the gathering and guests for sparing their valuable time and making this Yoga Shivir successful.
Token of Respect were also given to All the Guests by Guru Swaasthye Yoga & Ayurveda Director Dr Guru.
He thanked Sushant Sharma,Deepak Sharma,Sanjay Verma,Parveena Devi,Krishna Verma Yashpaul and all others for making the concluding ceremony impressive.
