| Inter school drawing competition organised | | |

Jammu, Oct 25: The Art & Craft fest an inter school drawing competition, under the banner of Jammu Sahodaya Complex Jammu chapter concluded here at Delhi Public School Udhmapur.
More than 16 schools from in and around Jammu participated in the competition. Dr Piyush Singla, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur. Speaking on the occasion Chief guest Dr Piyush Singla, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur congratulated the winners and appreciated DPS Udhampur team for putting up such a marvellous show.
He said that today there are so many creative professions and Art is one of them where one can reflect their feelings and creativity on paper. Colours not just add brightness on the paper, but colours and paintings depict moods and give you freedom to explore new avenues. He said that students should be exposed to various activates so that their overall personality is groomed. He highly appreciated the whole program and promised to extend whatever help possible for these creative buddies.
Later in the function the students of DPS Udhampur presented a beautiful cultural extravaganza Dr. Piyush Singhla, D.C. Udhampur. Nirmal Mahana President Jammu Sahodaya Complex, Principal DPS Rajbagh, Katra K.C.S. Mehta, Principal APS AKhnoor distributed the prizes among the winners after the closing ceremony. |
