12/20/2019 8:23:26 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Dec 20: OBC department of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) has condemned and opposed the Citizenship Amendment Act and National Register of Citizens (NRC), which is according to them in violation of constitution of country.
Chairman of the Department, Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra said both the CAA and NRC completely violate the Article 14 and Article 21 of the constitution of India which guarantee equal rights, equality before law and right to life irrespective of caste, colour and religion but the the CAA & NRC are completely on the communal and religion based which murders the Preamble of the constitution and definition of Democracy. The Modi led central Government is doing nothing for the Advancement and welfare of India except to dividing the Indians on the name of Religion, They have no heed towards the progress work and Economy of India which is almost on the ventilator, Adv.Dogra further added The OBC peoples should completely boycott the NRC which will snatch the legal and Constitutional rights of the OBC peoples and CAA is only a vote bank policy for the vested Interest of the BJP, which will never give benefit to any class but a Political tactic by a Modi led Government, We peoples are first Indians then later belong to any Religion.
