Local BJP leaders ‘incompetent’; high command deputes Rao to Jammu
Educate people on CAA
12/27/2019 12:54:09 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, December 26: Realizing that most of the leaders from J&K are incapable to address people on the issue of CAA so BJP high command has asked central leaders to address functions at Jammu to allay apprehensions on these contentious issues.
Credible sources said that except a few, most of the BJP at the helm of the affairs in J&K are incompetent to convince people on the issues which have created debate in the whole country. “One week back, local BJP leaders were asked to hold functions to educate people on these issues but most of the people could not get guts to speak so high command has decided to depute some central leaders”, sources said and revealed that central leadership has realized that except raising slogans all senior BJP leaders in J&K are incompetent.
Meanwhile in a handout issued here today, BJP stated that national general secretary P. Murlidhar Rao will address a seminar on “Citizenship Amendment Act-2019 (CAA)” at Jammu on December 28.
Rao will enlighten the audience with the detailed knowledge of the subject during his address at Teachers’ Bhawan so as to counter the malaise spread by Congress, Left parties and their allies, party stated.
The event will be organized by Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee Nayas (Trust) at the Teachers’ Bhawan Auditorium, Gandhi Nagar at Jammu on 28th of December 2019 in the morning starting at 11:00 a.m.
Rao will enlighten the audience with all the clarity about the Act and the need to bring it up at the present time.
