| Chopra Biradari congregation held | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 5: The congregation of All Chopra Biradari was held here on Sunday at Baby Caterers, Rehari Colony Jammu.
The congregation started with Pooja and Hawan followed by honouring of members of the Biradari for their outstanding performance in various fields and their contributions.
While addressing the gathering Dharamvir Chopra, President, Chopra Biradri highlighted the importance of the day and contributions made by various Biradri members towards society,J&K state and Nation as whole. The annual accounts of Biradri were also presented before the gathering.
Then Vice President of Biradri Gourav Chopra, appealed to All Biradri members to strive hard towards development and growth of society as whole. He assured that all Biradri members will make all efforts for welfare , growth and peace in the He dedicated the annual day Chopra Biradri Function in memory of great sacrifices of our forces Army , CRPF , J&K Police and BSF who are relentlessly safeguarding our nation. Biradri prayed for the noble souls who have sacrificed their lives for the nation.
Impressive cultural programme was presented and then prizes were distributed to various Biradri members and students who excel in their field and bring honour to State and Biradri.
Langer was organised, and there were large number of devotees who participated in the lunger and took parsad. |
