Jammu, Jan 5: Vishal Nagar Kirtan was organized by the Sikh Youth Council on Sunday from ward number 4 of Simbal Camp on the occasion of Prakash Utsav of tenth Sikh Guru Govind Singh Ji Maharaj. In which thousands of Sangat participated. The Nagar Kirtan started from W.No 4 Simbal Camp and concluded at Indira Nagar via Link Road,Talli Morh, Miran Sahib,Prem Nagar, Bridge Nagar. Nagar Kirtans were at the forefront, including children riding on motorcycles,school children were chanting mantras to the tune of band banjas. Show many amazing duties by the Gatkha Party. Panch Pyare was leading the Guru's palanquin. Thousands of accompaniments were going on behind the palanquin of the Guru and those who spoke said that the shouts of Nihal were echoing. Panj Pyaar was welcomed by people wearing flower garlands at many places. People also got the Sangat refreshments installed by stalling many substances. During this time, religious preachers called upon people to follow the path laid down by Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The BDC chairman Dilip Kumar and the founder of the J&K Nav Nirman Party Jasmehar Singh Chohala,District President Manmeet Singh Mita again welcomed the palanquin of Panch Pyare Bagru by wearing siropa and flower garlands. Stalls were set up at many places by the locals. Special security arrangements were made by the administration and police. |
