| District Surveillance Committee constituted for IDSP | | |  Early Times Report
POONCH, Jan 30: The District Surveillance Committee was constituted today to monitor the functioning of Integrated Diseases Surveillance Programme (IDSP) here in a meeting held at DC office Chamber. DDC Rahul Yadav is the chairperson of the Committee.
CMO attended the meeting as Co chairperson with other member including SSP Ramesh Angral, Chief Animal husbandry officer, President MC Poonch, Program officer of health department, Pritam Spiritual Trust Poonch besides other concerned officers.
During the meeting preparatory measures were discussed to detect any epidemic at an early stage. A rapid response team is also constituted by CMO.
Keeping in view the Novel Corona virus it is appealed to the general public who have travel history to China since 1st,January, 2020 to come forward for self-reporting to the call center or the nearest health facility if they experience any symptoms of respiratory diseases and to inform their treating doctor.
