Early Times Report

JAMMU, Feb 7: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Executive Member Raman Suri today said that with the formation of 'Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust' in Ayodhya, the dream of millions of people to see a magnificent Ram Temple at the Birth place of Lord Rama will come true. He said that this is the first step towards building a grand Ram Mandir. The Trust will have 15 trustees- 9 permanent and 6 nominated, and one of them will always be from the Dalit society.
Raman Suri said that following the Supreme court’s decision, a trust has been constituted for the construction of temple. The trust, being independent and free to make all decisions regarding the construction of the Ram Temple, can start work and realise dream of millions of people now, he said, adding that the government will be transferring the entire 67.703 acres land to the Ayodhya's trust to allow it start construction independently, which is a healthy sign.
Raman Suri said, by including Religious Gurus, Nirmohi Akhara, a Doctor, Dalit community, IAS officers (to be nominated each by central government and state government), District Magistrate Ayodhya and a descendant of the Ayodhya Royal family, the Trust has been strengthened and the work on Ram temple can now begin without any hurdle.
Raman Suri congratulated people around the globe and said that this is a victory of the people of India, who pinned their faith in judiciary and accepted the verdict humbly. Raman Suri said that if needed, Kar Sevaks from Jammu will go to Ayodhya and perform seva in building a magnificent temple of Ram Lalla.
