| Carmel organizes prize distribution ceremony | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 12: Carmel organized the II Term Prize Distribution Ceremony today and the program was conducted by Shanti House members. The School Manager Fr. Shaiju Chacko was the Chief Guest for the function. The program started with a prayer service invoking God's blessings on the entire Carmel Family.
Father Shaiju Chacko honoured, 56 winners of the various competition held from September 2019 to February 2020 with mementos and medals. The final moment came when cock house prize was announced and the rolling trophy was begged by the Sneha House. The entire campus buzzed with loud cheers as a trophy was handed over to Sneha House Teachers and students by Fr. Shaiju Chacko and Sr. Swati.
In his address Father, Chacko congratulated the winners and appreciated the spirit of participants. He said that winning and losing both are the sides of the same coin, but what matters is to undertake challenges. He further added that these competitions help to enhance one's potentials, so he urged the students to participate in activities. The program concluded with National Anthem. |
