| JMC demolishes 3 unauthorized shops | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 12: On the instructions of Avny Lavasa, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation the enforcement staff led by Chief Enforcement Officer, Enforcement Officer demolished three shops owned by Ifthikar Hussain at Channi Rama which have been built without the permission from JMC.
The action has been taken under section 7(3) of J&K control of building separation Act 1988 with the active assistance & Co-operation provided by Station House Officer Bahu Fort & Incharge Police Post Narwal, Jammu.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation requests the general public to refrain from constructing illegal constructions to avoid penal action which may lead to sealing/demolition of illegal constructions and always get your Building plans approved by BOCA of JMC.
