Invisible virus leaves world guessing
3/12/2020 11:35:15 PM

World Health Organization declaring coronavirus as pandemic has sent the alarm bells ringing across the globe. The pandemic means that anyone on the earth is vulnerable to coronavirus irrespective of their country or land.
This deadly virus has already claimed thousands of life but doctors are of the opinion that despite huge number of people getting infected by this deadly virus the number of survivors is on the higher side.
Scientists and medicos have surrendered before the fate and have announced that they have no medicine or vaccine, which can save people from this deadly virus. The only advice which they are giving to people is to take precautions. The coronavirus originated from Wuhan in China in January this year and since then it’s spreading at a very rapid pace. All the measures to contain this virus have proved ineffective.
Doctors and scientists are working overtime to find its antidote but nothing seems to be working. The science and technology which the humans keep on bragging about has been challenged by an invisible virus, which a naked human eye cannot even see. A miniscule virus has turned the economy of the country like China upside down. In fact this invisible virus is now threatening the entire world.
The Jammu and Kashmir administration has realized that the threat could prove dangerous to begin with the government has ordered the closure of all the educational institutions across the J&K and has advised the people to avoid large congregations and gatherings.
According to the government only one case has been confirmed across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir till date and reports of the most suspected cases have been negative. Recently the government stated that nearly 670 people are under observation across the J&K UT. And the new people who are arriving from the infected countries are being screened and quarantined at different health facilities. People at the helm in Jammu and Kashmir seem to be of the opinion that the only possible way to stop the coronavirus from spreading is to keep the people away from each other at least for a few days till the scare and fear subsides. In Jammu and Srinagar city the threat of coronavirus has created lot of fear but in rural areas people seem to be bit relaxed and are busy in their daily chores. The cities across the world have been the worst hit and twin capitals of J&K UT are no exceptions.
