| TMF bats for universal health insurance scheme under Ayushman Bharat | | |

JAMMU, May 23: Citing Media reports wherein the union of India has claimed that about one crore people of the country have availed the benefit of Ayushman Bharat scheme launched by central Govt, Chairman of Team Mask Force (TMF) Vijay Sharma bat for similar benefits be allowed to be taken by residents of JKUT without any further loss of time. He added that despite clear orders having been issued by Financial Commissioner Health that Aadhar card issued to the respective residents of JKUT be treated as admit cards in prescribed hospitals of the JKUT and country, no heed is being paid by hospitals with the plea that no circular has been received by them from JKUT Govt. Sharma appealed to JKUT Administration to prioritize the issue and do the needful particularly in the time of prevailing pandemic so that every all sections of society can avail benefits of universal health insurance scheme under Ayushman Bharat. |
