Jammu, May 23: ABVP Jammu Kashmir State Secretary Mukesh Manhas hailed the government decision for 10000 posts for accelerated recruitment of domicile is a commendable step , but at the same time government should acclerate the recruitment procedures and maintaining transparency to ensure faster and flawless recruitments.
He said from the begining ABVP is fighting for filling the proposed 50000 jobs which was promised by the government. He further said the government should go through the process and fullfill the promise of 50000 jobs by the government which was proposed during annual budget for J&K for the financial year 2020-21 in the Lok Sabha by the Finance Minister of India . Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu Kashmir is fighting since the begining for filling the proposed 50000 jobs which was promised by the government and the decision of 10000 posts for accelerated recuritment of domicile bring good hope among the Youth of erstwhile Jammu Kashmir .
The decision of 10000 posts is a first step and in coming times for filling 50000 jobs comprising all sectors which was promised by government of Jammu Kashmir ABVP will fight for this and always stands with the youth of Jammu and Kashmir. ABVP Jammu Kashmir hope that the UT govt will commence the recruitment process in school education as well as in higher education in coming time since the school education department as well higher education departments is lacking with near about 20 thousand vacant posts of faculties, the government should fullfill these vacant posts with immediate effect. Secondly the government has opened new degree colleges across Jammu Kashmir but in that degree colleges there is no infrastructure, no appointment of permanent teaching staff in the newly opened degree colleges even most of the colleges has not there own campus and as well not the place has identified where will the campus will build .The government should take matter seriously and the recruitment process for permanent faculity should start immediately and as well the infrastructure should also develop . There is great need to focus on the recruitment of teaching faculty in all the educational institutions for the better future of the UT as well as of youth of Jammu Kashmir.
