| Councilor distributes ration under ICDS project in Vijaypur | | |  Early Times Report
Samba, July 22: Vijaypur’s councillor and senior Congress leader Rajan Sharma held a program in Anganwadi centre in Ward No. 2 wherein a month ration was distributed among the children and some ladies of their ward as per the ICDS project. Councillor personally supervised the whole activity and ensured that benefit should reached at right ended.
After concluded distribution program, Councillor has emphasized on this that govt initiated various scheme for the public and this is responsibility of us to implement the scheme on ground. Councillor said we (Councillors of M.C.) are grass root administrators and without our support government policy cannot implemented properly. Mr. Sharma said I always in searching what the best can provided to my ward . providing food stuff under ICDS( social welfare department’s Scheme) is one of the best initiate of govt.This scheme is very helpful for small kids and pregnant ladies by utilising by the benefits this scheme we can escaping them from food malnutrition. He appealed to the Govt. that kindly come up with some more new schemes like this.
