JAMMU, July 30: Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir besides UT of Ladakh are blessed to contribute holy soil and water from different temples and religious places for groundbreaking (Bhoomi Poojan) ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya on August 5. This was stated by Raman Suri who is Executive Member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K, Chairman of Sarafa (Jewellers) Association Jammu and Genaral Secretary Tourism Federation of Jammu. Requesting people to celebrate August 5 like Diwali and light lamps, Raman Suri said, on this day, not only Bhoomi Poojan will be performed at Ayodhya but this was also the day when, a year back, Jammu and Kashmir got rid of the unreasonable Article 370 that discriminated with women, SCs, STs, Refugees, Gorkhas, and Other Backward Classes. This day, he added, is historic and should be remembered as the victory of good and defeat of evil forces. Raman Suri added that soil and water from all the major pilgrimages and temples of all 20 districts of J&K besides 2 of Ladakh, specifically from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Bawe Wali Mata, Shri Raghunath ji Temple, Peerkho, Shri Amarnath ji, Shiv Khori, Shri Baba Buddha Amarnath, Sudh Mahadev, Mata Sukrala Devi, Mata Bala Sundari, Balkeshwar Temple, Utterbehni, Aap Shambhu Temple, Dera Baba Badbhag Singh ji, River Tawi, Ravi, and Jhelum, Kheer Bhawani, Shankaracharya Temple, Buddhist Gompa, and Holy Sindhu (Indus) river were collected seperately in Pure Silver Kalashas with Laxmi-Ganesh silver coins in both. A four-member team led by General Secretary (Org.) While flagging off the team, Rajesh Gupta, along with Gen. Secy. Abhishek Gupta and Vice-President Shakti Dutt Sharma stated that each and everyone is equal in the eyes of Shri Ram ji, and His blessings are with everyone. Rajesh Gupta added, it is a matter of huge happiness that after 490 years of struggle, the sacrifice of around 20-25 generations and lives of thousands of people has paid off and the longest case in history of entire world has been finally solved, the decision of which has been accepted and is being respected by all.
